Made seasonally according to a local Messinian recipe with organic fresh fi gs gathered by hand during August and September. Figs grow in abundance in the Peloponnese and are gathered and processed in small batches. Enjoy as a dessert or for breakfast with bread/toast, paired with soft white cheese, as a topping for Greek yogurt or in salad dressings.
