For this new Aegean Upcycling project, we’ve teamed up with Kimon, Iro and Olga, the Artpeckers team, who create lifestyle accessories in their workshop and concept store in Thessaloniki.
Artpeckers are renowned for their creativity and the geometric forms and patterns applied on their globally awarded bags, jewels, ceramics and more.
Our collaboration is a design challenge in order to upcycle aircraft used fabrics, bringing you closer to core travel memories. As a result of this collaboration, this set of travel accessories which has won the IDA Bronze Award for the category of Conceptual products - Eco-design products!
The set comprises:
• A wallet whose shape is based on the iconic Aegean seagull logo. Inside there is one note compartment and 4 card compartments. Closure is secured with a seat belt strap.
• A luggage tag with a clear window and a belt strap to attach easily to your luggage or bag.

Upcycling product – made from Aegean’s cabin carpet, leather from cabin seats as well as seat belt strap.
