Product Information
We take care to ensure that information on the Product(s) including price, availability, specifications and images will be as accurate as possible. However, the products will be regularly updated which may affect the images, availability, specifications and prices. You should also be aware that product(s) featured on the website are not to scale (unless specifically stated in the individual product descriptions). If you are not happy with the product(s) you receive, you may follow the return process in accordance to our return and exchange policy. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission on any page of the website shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
Purchasing Of Products
• When a purchase order is placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order and delivery flight.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of details of any order you submit. AEGEAN reserves the right to reject any order.
• Orders can be placed up to 48 hours before the departure of the flight selected for delivery.
• Edit/change/modification of order when placed in our system is not feasible. Only cancellation is available. The inability to cancel an order 48 hours prior to flight departure is applicable to all orders and transactions.
• Currently online product purchase from AEGEAN Shop in the Clouds e-shop is available only for active bookings where the service is available
• The price of the product(s) will be the price displayed on the relevant page of the website, which will be added to the total amount due. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time. Whilst prices are liable to change at any time, the changes will not affect orders that have been confirmed via a confirmation email.
• Miles+Bonus members may collect miles through online product purchases from AEGEAN Shop in the Clouds e-shop. Members can also redeem their award miles against product purchases from AEGEAN Shop in the Clouds e-shop.
• All prices include VAT, which will be shown printed and delivered in hard copy transcript (as applicable) during flight.
• All cards are charged in EUR.
Product Availability and Cancelation
AEGEAN Shop in the Clouds e-shop does not under any circumstances guarantee the availability of any product listed on the website.
AEGEAN Shop in the Clouds e-shop is at no time responsible for any damages that you may incur as a result of a lack of inventory. You will then have the following options:
Request that we will not deliver purchased products, in which case your credit card and/or Miles+Bonus account will be debited only if you have request it online more than 48 hours before flight departure. Time of credit depends on banking institution reconciliation process if paid by credit/debit card. If paid by using miles, it will be automatically processed.
Refuse / Deny delivery on board of purchased products, in that case refund process will be initiated upon landing and you will see the amount in Euros or Miles credited back no later than 20 days. Please note that your credit card bank issuer may need additional time to post the money to your account.
Price of products
• The purchase price for each product ordered is displayed with the product on the website.
• There is no additional cost of delivery /shipping
• AEGEAN Shop in the Clouds reserves the right to change the price of any product offered on the site at any time and without prior notice.
• All prices are in EUR and/or Miles + Bonus Awards miles.
• The price for products offered on the AEGEAN shop in the clouds may differ from the price of the same products available in Shop in the cloud’s product printed catalog.
• Offers / Discounts available on the site may differ or not be available for the same products available in Shop in the cloud’s product printed catalog.
• Aegean Airlines S.A. reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of promotion schemes such as discount /offerings, and / or terminate promotion schemes, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
• Payment can be made using Visa and Mastercard and/or Miles+Bonus Award miles. Cards that are not internet enabled cannot be accepted online. For further information, please contact your credit card issuing bank. Your credit card will be debited when you click on the confirm button. By completing this transaction, you are authorizing the deduction of the total cost of the purchase, including any mark up or transaction fee which may be applied and collected by your bank or credit card provider.
Product Returns & Refunds
AEGEAN Shop in the Clouds will only accept returns in the following circumstances:
• You receive the wrong order on board
• The product(s) is defective and/or damaged in transit /loading, in that case please contact a member of our cabin crew
• Refund will be processed by AEGEAN Shop in the Clouds within 20 working days and charged back to the credit card or Miles + Bonus account that was used for the online purchase. Please note that your credit card bank issuer may need additional time to post the money to your account.
• AEGEAN Shop in the Clouds will not accept responsibility should a promotional code, which was given to one customer as compensation for an exchange, be used by another customer to purchase goods from AEGEAN Shop in the Clouds.
• Please follow instructions in my orders section for offline cancellation process always by including your order ID received via confirmation email during order placement.
• In the likely event of flight cancelation /disruption passengers should login in my orders section and cancel their preorders online in order to be refunded in a timely manner.
Policy for Miles+Bonus Members
• Miles+Bonus is the common loyalty program of AEGEAN and Olympic Air. Only Miles+Bonus members can earn or redeem miles for online product purchases from AEGEAN Shop in the Clouds e-shop, according to specific parameters.
• AEGEAN reserves the right to unilaterally change the Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
MILES ACCRUAL:
The Miles that can be gained are calculated as 2 times the cost of purchases completed by the Member (1€ = 2 Miles). The corresponding Miles will be credited to the Member’s account after the delivery of the product. Ιn case of a refund, the miles earned from the product purchase will be deducted from the Miles+Bonus member’s account. Each member must fill in his/her Miles+Bonus member ID in the relevant field at https://shopintheclouds.AEGEANair.com. Otherwise, proper registration of the Miles will not be possible. The purchase receipt should be retained by the Member until the Miles appear in his/her Account. AEGEAN may, at its discretion, determine whether the documents submitted by the Member constitute sufficient proof or not.

Members must have collected the adequate number of Award Miles in order to exchange them for products from AEGEAN Shop in the Clouds e-shop, at their whole retail price. The product purchases through Miles redemption is calculated based on the ratio 1 euro = 300 Award Miles. The corresponding Award Miles will be automatically deducted from the Miles+Bonus account at the time of the transaction. In case of a refund or cancellation, the miles redeemed for the product purchase will be credited back to the Miles+Bonus member’s account within 20 days.

Force Majeure
AEGEAN Shop in the Clouds shall not be held responsible for a failure to execute, in whole or in part, any of its obligations towards customers, nor for losses or damages that could result from such failure to execute, if said failure is as a result of a force majeure or of any circumstance beyond its control. A Force Majeure event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes the following:
• Strikes or other industrial action
• Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic and other natural disasters
• The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations and restrictions of any country's government
• Civil commotion, riot, invasion, war, terrorist attack
• The impossible use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport and public/private telecommunications
Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.
